The Theatrical Workforce Development Program (TWDP) in Arts Administration provides a paid career development fellowship for early professionals and career changers. This year-long program aims to increase access to careers in the arts and entertainment industry for New Yorkers and empower new theatre professionals.
Fellows join Roundabout for an entire year in a full-time capacity. Fellows will work with an administrative department at Roundabout where they will receive daily on-the-job learning and take on long-term projects. As part of their work week, Fellows also attend workshops, seminars, mentoring sessions, career development programs, and networking opportunities facilitated through Education at Roundabout and our partners across NYC.
